Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds are only available for products that have manufacturing faults or defects. If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 of receiving your item to initiate a return and refund process.


Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.


Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Send the item to the return address provided by our customer support.
  4. Please note: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refund Timeline
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
